I will be the first to admit that I do not know very much about cars; however, I do have a pretty good gauge on customer service. I had my car towed through AAA and they brought it to Wrights. When we arrived we thought the shop would be closed as we were arriving after business hours; however, we were greeted by the owner/manager who (despite being closed) walked us through the paperwork. He was extremely kind and knowledgable. They also allowed me to keep my car there for an additional couple days after being fixed until I could come pick it up. Also, they are totally online with your paperwork and will email everything to you and keep you updated by phone. The prices are also comparable to what we have been paying at our mechanic in town.
