I went here a few weeks back because my saturn would not pass smog and my coworker recommended them to me. I dealt with John which is very professional, straight to the point type of guy which I appreciate. I dropped off my car early in the morning and by noon he had very detailed answers for me about why my car was not passing. I gave him the go ahead to fix what needed to be fixed and my car was ready by the following day. I had a great experience and recommend this place for any auto repair or maintenance needs. It seems like a well organized and honest establishment that you don't find anywhere. There's a reason it's AAA approved and why they have 5 stars on yelp. Thanks guys!

I do most of my own work on my own vehicles - I own 8 classic cars and do full restorations, so I know my way around car repair. I occasionally need something done on my modern car that I don't have time to do or don't want to do. I asked three local parts houses who they thought was well sorted, local, and running their business well, and all three mentioned Wright's.I went there and noted that the shop is clean and organized, and everyone seemed positive and business-like. I also noted that they don't seem to leave cars outside overnight, which means that they're managing their workflow well.I have been going to them for the last 10 years on occasion, and have gotten clear communication on estimates, schedule, and what to expect. They check the vehicle out and look for other work that needs doing, which is not a crime - they are in the REPAIR business and I want to know about problems before they're critical, so I don't understand why some people complain about being offered other services that they didn't ask for.Front desk/estimator/owner seems very competent, polite, and does what he says he will do, which is what I'm in the market for. Enough that I got our company's (small) fleet account assigned to these guys.Go by in person. Get a feel for what they're up to. I bet you will agree with me that they're the sort of place that's worth knowing about.

My car needed a 120,000 mile service. After hearing what the dealer would charge I decided to try Wrights Automotive. They came highly recommended by a good "car buff" friend. Not only were they less expensive than the dealer, but it was a pleasure to do business with the owner and his staff. They were professional, thorough, make recommendations for items I should keep and eye on (with no pressure to do the repairs immediately), and seemed to really appreciate my business. A refreshing experience.
