I paid diagnostics fee and they couldn’t find the actual reason why I have check engine light. I went to another workshop and they got it find under 2hours. I will advise Wright to stick to what you specialize and stop ripping customers off.
Your review is grossly misleading. You brought in a 2009 Subaru Forester that you bought 5 days earlier for a "Check engine" light. Our certified technicians verified there was an intermittent fault in the automatic transmission's torque convertor clutch circuit, which set a P0741 code. Our technician noted the fluid was metallic and burned, but before condemning the transmission, we wanted to go further, since the fault didn't return after being cleared and driven. The technician wanted to verify the issue, but you declined the work. I'd say we did pretty darn good for the diagnostic fee, but we can't force you to fix the car. We can only make suggestions based on our diagnosis and experience. We wrote an estimate to remove the parts necessary to continue testing of the automatic transmission torque converter clutch solenoid, but you didn't want to do that.
